Zopa statuses

Values that can appear in credit_application_status on a Zopa notification. This is not a closed list. Zopa can send other statuses. Match on the string.

loan_amount, deposit, purchase_price and credit_product are separate fields. They are null when we do not have them. Zopa loan_amount is also purchase price minus deposit when both are present and numeric.
